2. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable substitution or full refund.

4. Gift Messages

Gift messages are printed and included with your order as submitted. Love in a Box is not responsible for the content of gift messages. We reserve the right to refuse messages containing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content.

5. GST

Love in a Box is currently not registered for GST. All prices displayed are the total price you pay — no GST component is separately charged. This notice will be updated when our annual turnover reaches the $75,000 threshold.
