Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Simply request a return through your account and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement — no return required. Please contact us at orders@love-in-a-box.com.au with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will cover return postage.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised or custom gift boxes cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
