Born out of a love of gifting
Brendon and Sarah are a Brisbane couple who have always believed that gifting is one of life's small but mighty joys. For years, Sarah had been putting together gorgeous gift hampers for friends and family — obsessing over every detail, from the products inside to the way the ribbon was tied.
Friends started asking her to make boxes for them. Then friends of friends. Then complete strangers. Eventually, Brendon said what they were both thinking — “We should just do this properly.”
And so, Love in a Box was born. What started at a kitchen table in Brisbane is now a growing small business sending joy all across Australia.

Brendon Rice
Brendon handles the business side of things — from the website to logistics to making sure every order goes out the door on time. A Brisbane local through and through, he's the one who makes sure the operation runs smoothly so Sarah can focus on the creative.
Sarah Absolum
Sarah is the heart and soul of every box. She sources every product, designs every collection, and personally wraps and hand-writes the cards. Her eye for detail and genuine love of gifting is what makes Love in a Box feel different — because it genuinely is.
