Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Carriers

We ship via Australia Post and Sendle. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times vary by state:

• QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT: 2–4 business days (Standard)
• SA, WA, TAS, NT: 4–8 business days (Standard)

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@love-in-a-box.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
